We accept returns only for store credit. The return must be made within the first 21 days of purchase. The items must NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, and all items return must contain ALL tags that are included.
If your return is not received by the appropriate date then it will not be accepted. We recommend you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit.
Once your package is received by California Crown Clothing Company refund will be processed in the form of a store credit within five business days. You will be notified when your credit is live via an email to the email address provided during the transaction.
If the product received is damaged or altered, please contact us at California Crown Clothing Company within seven days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the problem and provide the customer with appropriate compensation.
